@sethia_harsh @mybmc I booked for my parents at Shatabdi in Govandi and for my aunt at Maternity hospital Deonar. In both places, the management was similar. Initial confusion. Token system. But perfectly managed once you're let in. But I don't know if there were any number mismatches like at Maa.
