Most of people in our city leave their scooter on that service center and forget it.
They know scooter will never repair.

If you search for buying new ola electric scooter
Suddenly thay track that you search about purchasing scooter
And call back to you
But after buying your scooter in breakdown no one help

No given justified solution regarding compain
No spare parts for faulty scooter repairing

All over ola belive in just selling scooter.
No service provide.

But its only for customer handling language.
No one call or contact.
So many complain generate but not solve. Automatically complain solve on message.

I m facing same issue.
My scooter front tyre has air bubble rised and when I drive it's cause heavy vibration
Check by OLA service champion he said tyre problem they are not solve. I have to go MRF tyre shop and rise complain. OLA service not support.😥

For this issue call to care and rise a complain but they said we are doing best but still not respond from ola care.
