@puri_alok @SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia This is the real samsung. They will provide faulty products and put it under accidental case so that u have to pay amount. Warrenty is just on paper. Customer care said mobile phones can not be used in AC room/room with moisture/humidity. #strange @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

Don't buy Samsung M31S. Caz it's motherboard will not work after 6 months and for service within warrenty u need to pay 8k extra. Service centre will try to put this matter in the name of accidental case.@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @Samsung
