@chasesupport My flight AI 176 Jan 15th got cancelled. was booked through chase travel. Instead of helping, chase claims the flight left normally and they cant do anything, @chasetravelsucks

@airindiain AI 176 - SFO-BLR 15 Jan. UNREAL Air-India website. one page says flight left and one page says cancelled. customer support is clueless and total nightmare

@airindiain SFO-BLR flight (15 jan) was deboarded because of tech issues and we were sent home saying AirIndia will call. Its 24 hrs and no news. Website confirms cancelled status but air-india is not bothered to inform or help customers. support numbers are non-reachable
