we had an appt with an engineer to fix the problem I just lost my aunt with covid19 the engeer arrived without the mask he said he had a medical issue I asked for his ID but refused then he tall me why shall I show to you😮so unprofessional

@virginmedia @VirginMedia_TV we organised VM technician to come to the house to fixed.The person arrived without wearing mask,very kindly I asked to wearing a mask or I can provide one and he told me he had medical condition I ask can I see your ID card and he refused to show
