If I am @ShreyasIyer15 , I would rest Ishan & Dube. Their best batter Tilak Varma is not getting any time in the middle & Ishan & Shivam, finding so hard to cope up the bounce, are getting all the deliveries to consume. Get Samson back. Painful to watch so many lefties!
@IndiGo6E You guys are relentless. My senior citizen mother in law traveling alone is not assigned a seat while 75% of the plane is empty but no "free seat". All seats need to be purchased starting from 405 to 700 INR. What aggressive revenue generation guys! Kudos to your ...
@IndiGo6E One time is a mistake, third time means it’s a business model to loot all customers by making them buy all seats. What to check there, please check your 6pm flight from Hyd-LKO. I do not want to receive a callback & listen a human parrot.
business sense. Don't include it in the ticket price. Just force people to pay extra. Last time my kid was seated separately, this time a senior citizen. Please do not offer to call back, It just frustrate me even more. Please fix the way you treat your customers. Simply monopoly
Dear @IndiGo6E ,
1/5
Your seating policy feels less like “automation” and more like a calculated money extraction strategy.
Recently traveled Hyderabad ↔ Delhi with my wife & 6-year-old son. On BOTH journeys, my seat was left “unassigned.”
@IndiGo6E I really don’t expect anything. Just a fair assessment of the situation should be posted publicly. This was really appalling the experience, our family with a 6 yr old had to go through & the hassle checkin in!
2/5
On the onward flight, my wife & little son were seated separately despite 5+ rows being empty.
On the return flight, my wife & son were together while I was again left unassigned.
And we’re supposed to believe this is random?
4/5
Separating a 6-year-old from parents while empty rows exist is not “optimization.” It is manipulative monetization disguised as policy.
Families should not be forced into paying extra just to sit together.
3/5
In 2026, with AI, smart automation & predictive systems everywhere, airlines absolutely know when a booking contains 2 parents + a young child.
This does NOT look accidental. It looks like emotional pressure to force families into paying extra for seats.
