في إطار مساعي التواصل الدبلوماسي المكثف الذي تشهده المرحلة الراهنة، أجريتُ سلسلةً من الاتصالات الهاتفية مع عددٍ من وزراء الخارجية الإقليميين والدوليين، ومن بينهم وزراء سلطنة عمان وبريطانيا وبلغاريا وكندا والأمين العام لمجلس التعاون الخليجي، وأطلعتهم على مضمون القرار الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء في جلسته الطارئة الذي تضمّن حظر النشاطات العسكرية والأمنية لحزب الله، وإلزامه بتسليم سلاحه، فضلاً عن تكليف الجيش اللبناني بالمباشرة في تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من خطة حصر السلاح.

وتطرق البحث إلى ضرورة وقف التصعيد الإسرائيلي، والسبل الكفيلة لحماية المدنيين اللبنانيين والمرافق العامة في ظل الظروف الراهنة.

For over a year, we have been calling on the Council of Ministers to take courageous and decisive decisions to fully restore Lebanese state sovereignty — by restricting arms to the hands of legitimate state authorities and confronting the parallel economy and informal monetary system that have drained state institutions and weakened national decision-making.

During this period, Ambassador and Special Envoy Tom Barrack was clear and consistent in his warnings to Lebanese officials about the dangers of hesitation and procrastination. On more than one occasion, he stressed that failing to move toward disarming Hezbollah’s military wing, and failing to dismantle the parallel economic structure, would lead Lebanon to serious consequences. His warnings were not threats, but sincere advice aimed at sparing Lebanon from reaching the situation we are witnessing today. He warned repeatedly so that we would not arrive at this stage.

Today, developments confirm that those positions were based on an accurate assessment and a genuine concern for Lebanon’s stability. We acknowledge his clarity and consistency. But acknowledgment alone is not enough.

What is required today are full, uncompromised steps. Sovereignty means one army, one authority, and one financial system. The state must fully reclaim its role — security-wise, financially, and politically — in order to protect Lebanon and the future of its people.

ما كنا نقوله ونعلنه، وبياناتنا ومواقفنا السابقة، أصبحت اليوم قرارًا تتبناه #الحكومة_اللبنانية تحت الضغط؛ أنْ تعاملوا مع #حزب_الله كجماعة مسلّحة خارجة على القانون.
مع فارق توقيت كان ليوفّر على #الجنوب و #الضاحية وكل #لبنان الويلات الإضافية وخسائر الأرواح والأرزاق.
انتهينا من مزحة "لبننة" حزب الله…؟ انتهينا من شبهة اعتباره "مقاومة"؟ انتهينا من "الحوار" معه ومدّ الأيادي له واحتضانه؟
نعم ولكن، حظر النشاط العسكري والأمني لا يكفي. فحزب الله ليس فصيلاً مسلحًا فقط، على شكل عصابة أو ما شابه؛ بل إنه منظمة إرهابية ممتدّة كونه جزءًا من الحرس الثوري الإيراني ويأتمر من #إيران والتعامل معه بالمنطق العسكري والأمني يقتضي قطع العلاقات مع ما بقي من النظام في إيران، بانتظار إعادة تأسيس علاقات جديدة من دولة لدولة بين لبنان والحكومة الانتقالية في ايران.
وترسانة هذه المنظمة تتخطى السلاح لتطال غسيل أدمغة الأجيال، وتزيين الموت في عيون الناشئة وذمّ الحياة عبر إشاعة إيديولوجيا دينية تُذهب العقل والتفكير وتقتل كرامة الإنسان وإمرة نفسه.
المطلوب من الحكومة إعلان حزب الله منظمة إرهابية وتعليق عمل الجمعيات والمنظمات التي يديرها حتى تسوّي أوضاعها ويُعاد تقييم أنشطتها وتمتثل للقوانين اللبنانية. #مدارس_المهدي و #مدارس_المصطفى تربّي الأطفال اللبنانيين على الولاء ل #الخامنئي وتتبع مناهجها توصيات المجلس الأعلى للثورة الثقافية في إيران وتربّي على الكراهية والحقد والقتل وعلى عقيدة ولاية الفقيه الإيراني؛ فهل هذه حرية تعليم!؟ أين وزارة التربية ووزيرة التربية والمركز التربوي ورئيسته!؟
القرض الحسن… من يراقب نشاطاته المالية وتعاملاته الموازية للاقتصاد الشرعي؟ من يراقب مستشفيات الحزب وتجارة الأعضاء… قضاء الحزب في أقبية الضاحية ودهاليزها… وحدات الاغتيالات؛ الإعلام الإلكتروني وفصائل الشتامين وعميدهم الدجّال الأعور…
الأمر ليس قرارًا فقط؛ العمل شامل وطويل الأمد ويحتاج لوعي ومعرفة وشجاعة…

إنّ مجلس الوزراء، بعد اطّلاعه على تداعيات إطلاق الصواريخ من الأراضي اللبنانية، وما تبيّن من تورّط "حزب الله" في هذه الأعمال بما عرّض أمن لبنان واللبنانيين واستقرارهما لمخاطر جسيمة، يقرّر ما يلي:
أولًا: حلّ تنظيم "حزب الله".
ثانيًا: إقفال مكاتبه ومراكزه ومؤسساته.
ثالثًا: مصادرة أمواله وموجوداته لصالح الدولة اللبنانية.
رابعًا: إحالة المسؤولين عنه إلى القضاء المختص لملاحقتهم وفقًا للقانون.
خامسًا: تكليف الأجهزة الأمنية بتنفيذ هذا القرار فورًا.

هذا هو البيان الذي ينتظره اللبنانيون من حكومتهم.
