Chatting to an interesting lady in Jersey airport. She’s a resident. She told me they don’t have a problem with boat migrants. When they encroach, fishing boats generally alert the police & they go out & simply turn them around. The very few that have got through are sent to Jersey Prison & deported.

She also told me that during Covid a big chunk of the Portuguese/Madeiran workers returned home leaving a big hole in the hospitality workforce.

Employees were sourced from Africa. They can only stay 9 months & then have to leave for 3 months before returning. They do not become resident & do not qualify for benefits.

If correct this seems to be a pragmatic & fair approach to immigration. Why can’t the U.K. learn from Jersey 🇯🇪? Hang on - Jersey is part of the U.K.

A donkey named Masie was found in Watchfield village near Shrivenham with horrific injuries and clear signs she had been sexually assaulted. A man’s belt was left at the scene like some sick trophy.

The village is rightly shocked and disgusted Masie had been there peacefully for eight years. Now even animals aren’t safe from this level of evil.

Owners have installed CCTV but many locals believe it was Migrants who are responsible since they moved into the area and have bought much crime and social unrest.

This is Britain in 2026. Defenceless animals being raped in fields while authorities drag their feet.
