Fulton County had ZERO chain-of-custody documentation for 18,901 ballots from drop boxes, 333,000 statewide across Georgia, in a race decided by just 11,779 votes in the Georgia 2020 election.

These ballots correspond to 385 missing transfer forms out of roughly 1,565 expected. Fulton County election official Mariska Bodison admitted in writing that "a few forms are missing" and some "procedural paperwork may have been misplaced," blaming a COVID-19 quarantine of 25+ staff.

The forms are required by Georgia State Election Board Emergency Rule for documenting pickup, transport, signatures, and receipt times to maintain chain of custody.

Fulton County violated state rules by failing to produce or maintain required chain-of-custody records for thousands of ballots. These ballots should not have been counted without verifiable chain of custody.
