An anonymous donor wanted to give away five tickets to a Bruno Mars concert in New Orleans after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She wrote to @davidbegnaud and told him she wanted a cancer survivor to get the tickets.
That’s where Rylie Kuyper, a 20-year-old goalkeeper on LSU’s soccer team, comes in. After finishing chemo, David surprised Rylie with another reason to celebrate: “I didn't have to find a silver lining tonight.”
@mowarner88 I am curious about how this costs you for all these concerts and flights you need to take to see so many shows? I am trying to do a budget to try and see one other concert this year, but it is very expensive. Maybe, I am not doing it right ?
@yawaramin@BrunoMars Well, after a 10 years wait, and I know I know :our unsettled spring weather, I should have known better, but I couldn't resist, especially at my age 62. Bruno ain't going to come back in 10 more years loll.. it might be too late for me then!
@BokWithUs@BrunoMars He had a big day prior to his 1st night of starting a long tour ahead with months of rehearsals and nerves to top it all. The voice will settle in and get finer with rest and steady days of well being.
@SmoreBruno Well, we knew that some lyrics of his songs would probably reflect his past relationship. Hard not to write on what they went through together, and what might have been. My heart goes out to her, pretty convinced that it hits where it hurts the most! HE poured his heart 💔❤️ out!
