@Jo_AnneSmith It’s not only mental health needs that are failed- my daughter is a nurse, I am a nurse she had been away and had infected bites on her leg, swelling and red v painful need antibiotic, my go told her to phone 111 at 9.10 am as all slots were full 111 told her to attend. A&E !!!!
