So last week was the launch of my NGO - Nezar Foundation and meeting awesome volunteers who had dedicated their time to this vision. This vision has been there since 2024 and I thank God for being able to bring this to life this 2026. We are just getting started.

Being in a company that focuses on Ai and being a senior product designer, it means the designs you do are not even online . You have to dig deep into your creative mind to deliver. Cos the basics are no longer acceptable.

I will never forget the frustration on this especially as a Nigerian trying to push an app to the App Store for my client . That was my first experience. Being the one that handled every step it was frustrating. Like we tried more than 15times for our app to get on the AppStore.

“good. wait 2 days to confirm their account then reject the app 10 times over the next 20 days. if they make it through take a 30% cut of the revenue and pay them out 2 months later. ban them if they try using Stripe”

So I lie on my bed looking and at ceiling , it’s 3:44am I had slept by 11 and woke up now cos I had a whole lot of workload .

But now as I pulled my laptop to start working , I just stare at it thinking “How does someone build a company from ground up “??

Now i understand that project managers need to be paid more. This role is mentally draining especially trying to work on a client deadline and the client is pressuring you. And then the developers are not even working fast enough and then they ghost .. oh my God. Head is full

Okay so for the first time I just watched a whole YouTube ad without skipping. Which is Gtb bank 737 advert which involves that 737 song. I don’t have a gt bank account but the advert definitely makes me want to go open one. Nice one @gtbank .

It’s Wednesday , let’s showcase our designs

More features has been added to the Application and the design is currently in version 3!!!

As a uxui designer our work is not just to design interfaces. Research , usability/AB testing is key.

Unless in that 6 years you didn’t grow in your career. Do you know what level of expertise a designer of 6 years has to bring to the table??

I didn’t need the motivation music to get my work out done cos I had purposed I was going to get it done!!!

So normally after the gym, I feel tired and go straight to sleep for like 2hrs before I then wake and start my day.

But today i decided differently. I had plans of what I wanted to do the day before and I was determined to finish it.

Now I woke up.

It was raining.

All it takes is a person purposing in their heart to do something and actually taking steps to achieve it.

There will be obstacles.

Just like how rain started when I had already planned my day. Or how my ear peice died.

Things will come in line to make you give up.

1. “The worth you place on your self is how others will see you, perceive you and treat you.

2. I’ll rather be crazy and rich , than sane and broke”
