📍 El alcalde de Panamá, Mayer Mizrachi, denunció el desvío de los insumos solidarios enviados hacia territorio venezolano tras rastrear los cargamentos mediante dispositivos de localización satelital integrados de manera secreta.

⚠️ El funcionario detectó que uno de los rastreadores electrónicos se ubicó en Maturín, una ciudad que se encuentra a unos 400 kilómetros de distancia del epicentro de la emergencia decretada.

📌 Esta irregularidad ocurre bajo el control territorial del gobierno de Delcy Rodríguez, cuyas estructuras civiles y militares manejan de forma exclusiva la recepción, custodia y distribución de todo el soporte internacional que ingresa.
