- gather data
- synthesize data to update your own mental model
- create artifacts to document that mental model
- propagate the mental model through the org

Design procedure:
- gather requirements
- stakeholder tells you what to draw
- attach it to jira ticket

@FullyThoughtOut @sallymfoxwrites We went for a week, which was perfect. Castle of Mey also surprisingly good. All the beaches on the west coast are amazing, but Applecross and Firemore (with pink-ish sand) were great

@FullyThoughtOut @sallymfoxwrites Oooh, I did the North 500 in 2017 and it was amazing! I recommend doing a day in Handa Island, a bird reserve. We also detoured to Eilean Donan castle, which was worth it. I have hotel recs if you need them too!

@laurakirsop I did this at school in the late 80s! Tech was a bit behind you tho, so we made two cardboard covers covered in wallpaper, then a fabric spine which contained all of our pages. We called them topic books and did them each term(?) about a specific thing we were learning about
