Según la Corte Serbia no basta con decir que esta prueba se obtuvo a través de asistencia jurídica internacional.
Era preciso un análisis de la forma en que se obtuvo en Francia y a través de una evaluación de si dicha comunicación se obtuvo de una manera que no contradiga los principios del sistema legal en Serbia y las normas generalmente aceptadas del derecho internacional.

@MattAudibert If its was a easy problem to solve in terms of the certification, why did the Police not just hand it in the Supreme Court? Because it is not. The hack might have worked, but we do not know if the data was changed in anyway, or if the data was added correct to the right phone.
