I was on a connecting flight from Rio to Aberdeen via Heathrow. Landed at Heathrow on Saturday morning. Many flights cancelled. No sign of luggage. I now can't log in to report missing baggage. BA doesn't recognise my booking when I complete the Booking number, First name Surname
