After 4 years of avoiding, took another try at @airindia and now cursing that decision. A 14H:50M 1 stop flight is becoming 40 H flight With 2 huge layovers of 10 Hours (Delhi) and 11 (Singapore). Both layovers at night and guess what no hotel or food provided. I am done with AI.

@agoda How is a customer supposed to know that. If the customer has to call the hotel everything like this, what is the use of Agoda?
Anyway After lot of back and forth they agreed the mistake. But still only way to compensate is through Agoda cash. It is a joke at that point.

@agoda The issue is city tax, which you never mentioned anywhere during or after booking. However the hotel charged it during check in. When I complained, customer service agent even said that I should have contacted the hotel to know about it. What a joke.

Im stranded in a foreign country trying to travel back home because @Aeromexico didnt respect my reservation. I have an email with my confirmation number but apparently they didnt “make a ticket”. I’ve nowhere to go and they’re trying to charge me 4,000€ for a mistake they made!

@airindiain it takes forever to connect to the customer care. I can't see my ticket in "Manage booking" bcoz it has been rescheduled. It is already the 5th or 6th reschedule. Do I need to call and confirm every time when you reschedule, to see itinerary in the "manage ticket"?
