How many times should a customer tweet,Dm and wait for your messages and this is not a right way to deal with customers. I have screenshot of everything and if this continue i will definitely file a consumer court case without even thinking of consequences

Its been 10 days since i got damaged product if I’m making calls you people are simply extending the deadline for some quality assurance and backend call back from last three days you people were asking for 48 hrs everytime

@snitchindia i have placed an order on 18th august and raised a return request on 22nd August but till now the product has not been picked up and i have also raised tickets but no reply there as well

Yesterday you have asked for my phone number through DM and i have shared my details but till now no call back is there. And your customer support are assuring call backs but no call backs are being received.

@SupportWakefit It seems very frustrating chase everyday for same thing with multiple tickets 2570603, 2569648.
When I will get my replacement product attached all proofs product returned successfully but not getting my product.
So so so frustrated with such pathetic experience with @WakefitCo@SupportWakefit. Delivery delayed, installation delayed, poor customer support. What else is needed to cause frustration and mental harassment to customers?
