I want to lodge a complaint about the mishandled luggage by Malaysia Airlines.
My parents arrived from Kochi ( India ) to Sydney ( Australia ) on Malaysia Airlines on 11/12/2022 by MH0109 and MH0141, but their checking baggage didn't arrive.

We have not received any satisfactory response and information regarding the location of our baggage and the expected delivery time to our mentioned Sydney address. We have also tried to reach out to the Malaysian Airline helpline for more than one hour.
