Large scale system change is far more likely to happen if we connect up existing networks, campaigns, communities, activists and social movements around common goals than if we try to spread change from the centre/top of the system. Those connections typically don't happen on their own. They need leaders who enable collaboration across systems. A couple of weeks ago you assessed my MIL at home and were able to recommend she see a primary care physician asap. She is blessed with a family doctor who then saw her within hours. She avoided the ED and is well again. Ty!
