The commencement of the new academic year is imminent. Students are required to collect their school laptops from the High School prior to September 30th. The opening date for Sandy Shores High School is September 1st. We extend our best wishes for a fulfilling summer break.

Hello Seniors and Parents,

Beginning May 27th and continuing through June 2nd, seniors are required to attend graduation practice at their regular times, they will be dismissed early

Seniors grades have been finalized and cannot be edited. They are no longer included on rosters

Hey Students and Parents! Our official graduation for class of 25' will be held on campus, roads and sidewalks may be closed prior to the event, so we ask that you are able to make it early, so you don’t have to wait for admission.

Students tomorrow you won’t be going to @JRHSSandyShores since the new building is complete teachers will have their first class tomorrow for the first time in person. Please remember to not forget your belongings it’s going to be like the first day again.

Getting new doors installed after that we will determine busing information for students.

All SSHS students will be relocated to @JRHSSandyShores for a couple hours we will need more time to get drills procedures emergency escape routes etc approved by the city

Students please visit the original high school between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET to come to pick up your belongings if you would like to get it shipped over the next 2 days please fill out the application online I will provide a link to it soon! Thanks!

At the new building on Monday, October 7, 2024 AM - PM School Transportation will still be available like every other day. Starting time will still be the same. There WILL BE Slight Schedule changes (Room number). It’s going to be similar to the first day of school. (2/2)

Students the omly thing changing on your schedule at the new school is the room numbers. Classes will be the same, and now you have to option to choose a tech station.

The original @sandyshores_hs building is expected to close permanently today. Students will get all of their belongings shipped by express shipping if they would like if not please visit the @sandyshores_hs today within 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET. The school will be reopening (1/2)

Homecoming tickets are now available for purchase. The homecoming dance will be held tomorrow at 6:00 PM, and the dance will follow on Saturday at 7:00 PM.

@JRHSSandyShores will not have school on Friday because i have officially marked October 11 as a day off for teachers and sama students. Im probably going to get in trouble with the School District "Sandy Shores Public Schools" BUT I DONT CAREEE

Our fleet is changing therefore we will be hiring new bus drivers. Please contact @SSDOTDOJRPDEV in order to learn more and apply. We will also begin hiring more teachers as we have had more than 700+ new students registrations.
