Palestinian infant Bilsan Issa passed away after her health condition worsened while waiting for permission to leave the Gaza Strip for urgent medical treatment.

Born with pulmonary valve atresia, a life-threatening congenital heart defect, and suffering from severe infections, Bilsan required immediate specialized care unavailable in Gaza.

قبل تسعة أيام، أُصيب الشاب محمد خماش بالرصاص في منطقة شديدة الخطورة يسيطر عليها الجيش الإسرائيلي شرق دير البلح. نزف محمد حتى الموت، وقدمت والدته مناشدات للمؤسسات الدولية، لكنّ الجيش الإسرائيلي رفض تسليم الجثة؛ وبعد ذلك، قررت والدته المغامرة بنفسها ومحاولة الوصول إليه، وهذا ما حدث بالفعل. ورغم إطلاق النار، استطاعت الوصول إلى جثة إبنها واستعادتها .
