Just a pathetic airlines with pathetic staff who could not keep ur luggage safe. Lost my clothes, accessories and damaged other items and no one is accepting. Who gave AA staff authority 2 open bags, throw things,damage the zipper, steal clothes & colognes & then deny wrongdoing

@British_Airways @AmericanAir @americanair Sad & Disappointed with the condition of my luggage I received in Chicago. The checked in baggage is opened and zip broken with clothes falling, missing items and just pathetic condition it is given to me by American Airlines. This is what you least expect from AA.
