🚨 ISRAEL STRIKES SOUTHERN LEBANON—HEZBOLLAH WITHDRAWAL DEMANDED

More than 50 artillery shells were fired overnight toward the Ali al-Taher ridge in Nabatieh, with Israeli explosions reported in Zawtar al-Sharqiyeh and Majdal Zoun.

Israeli forces also advanced into western Mays al-Jabal, while shelling hit Bani Hayyan and fires erupted between Markaba and Bani Hayyan.

Diplomatic sources say U.S. and Israeli delegations demanded Hezbollah withdraw from the Ali al-Taher ridge and rejected expanding the existing “pilot zones” until progress is made.

No new Lebanon-Israel negotiations are currently planned for next month. Any new round is expected after the summer.
