@JioCare@reliancejio@TRAI@JM_Scindia I have placed multiple requests for the surrender of my Jio Fiber connection over the past eight months. Despite these repeated requests, my surrender has not been processed and my security deposit has not been refunded. Purely harassment.
@JioCare I understand that the Intention of the company is not pure to refund my security deposit..I have been following up for the same since last 8 months but you people are just sending smss without any resolution.I also understand that you people are just killing time for distraction

Very pathetic service from jiofiber. I have raised the request for reallocation since 31.03.2025. Amount debited for the reallocation but after that there is no response from jio. No one responded to calls and emails .its a harrasment

I have paid 1111 as reinstallation charhr whereas currently jio is offering 50 days free in a new connection

I have not received the courier where as it was shown deliverd.
Sensitive banking do,ument is fraud like anything and this is the 3 rd time .
Really fears to get the banking document from such courier company
