@tedcruz You wish I hadn’t pointed out that 95+% of my opponent’s funding came from the Israeli lobby, and millions of that came from a woman who has Israeli citizenship and served in the IDF?
Sorry for your feels Ted.
🇺🇸🕎 This clip from tonight’s White House Hanukkah dinner is wild, and deeply revealing.
Donald Trump once again openly boasts that Miriam Adelson gave his campaign “directly and indirectly” $250 million, then jokes that it “is not what it used to be.” That alone is a remarkable public admission of donor dominance at the highest level of state power.
But it gets worse.
It was not Donald Trump who first raised the idea of “four more years.” It was Miriam Adelson.
On stage, Adelson tells the room that she spoke directly with Alan Dershowitz, who explained to her “the legal thing about four more years.” She then turns to Trump and says: “I agree with you so we can do it. Think about it.” The crowd immediately begins chanting “Four more years.”
Yes, Alan Dershowitz is physically present at this event. This is the same Dershowitz who served as Jeffrey Epstein’s defense attorney and was later accused by Virginia Giuffre of sexual misconduct connected to Epstein. Regardless, he is being invoked here as the legal authority for extending a presidency beyond constitutional limits.
Trump casually recounts her unfettered access to him, describing how her late husband Sheldon Adelson had near on-demand access to the Oval Office. Trump is explicit about Sheldon’s priorities, saying that despite being an American citizen, “That’s all he really fought for… he just wanted to take care of Israel.”
That alone should stop people cold. Western audiences should not normalize this.
When I say this about Netanyahu I get a swarm of people trying to complain to Grok or produce a community note. But here’s Netanyahu saying it once again in his own words:
“For years I have prevented the establishment of this [Palestinian] state despite enormous pressures both from within and from outside.
We did this with determination, and we did it with political wisdom.”
“Moreover, we have doubled Jewish settlement in [the occupied West Bank] — and we will continue on this path.”
Arkansas is one of the poorest, least well educated, and least healthy states in the country but at least they have an unbreakable spiritual bond with Israel.
I was able to recover a few videos and photos from my life in Gaza. This one ripped my heart to pieces. It is a beautiful memory with my son Kinan, who was just nine months old. I had just come home from work and he was waiting for me at the door, sitting in his baby walker. The way my children greeted me every day after work erased every trace of stress and exhaustion.
I watch the video over and over, taking in every detail. I see the floor tiles and remember how many times we struggled to choose them, how many stores we visited searching for the most beautiful, the best. Those days were tiring, but they were full of joy. I see the living room curtains in the background, the couch, and I think of how perfect they were. My home was beautiful. I chose everything with care, the best and the most beautiful for that home.
Now I have nothing from that video. Not my clothes. Not my child’s clothes. Not his walker. Not the couch. Not the curtains. Not the tiles. Nothing. All I have left is the ache of longing for my home.
Not providing consular visitation to a US citizen who is requesting it is an insane move. It the core duty of a consular section. The US diplomatic mission to Israel has made it very clear that there are some American citizens the United States government doesn't care about.
Welp. Slotkin told us she was open to cutting off offensive weapons, but not seeing her name here with Senators who actually voted to do that. https://t.co/7X16ANOS1j
A colony of inbreds, rapists and thieves destroyed every single university and centre of learning and turned one of the world's most highly educated populations into emaciated refugees scrambling for food and water and I will fucking hate them forever
> Israel attacks Iran
> Normal Americans: “What the fvck?”
> Politicians: “We stand with Israel.”
> Every statement reads like it came straight from AIPAC HQ
In case you were wondering: yes, you're living in an occupied country.
