@Alchemist2512@mybmc I went foolishly only to realise they were on an ego trip of some sort making me wait for 3 hours and refusing to meet me. Then they asked me to come the next day and again made me wait and finally said very rudely they can’t do it because of xyz act. 🙄
Had the worst experience ever at the K west ward. Very rude and arrogant people who have no value for anyone’s time @mybmc K ward. I was called by the HOD, made to wait deliberately for 3 hours on a weekday in vain called the next day again by her assistant just to be yelled at.
@Alchemist2512@mybmc I was satisfied with the response and happy that I didn’t have to do anything. But the next day the contact called and said that the HoD’s junior spoke in a positive way and asked to meet me.
Does anyone @airtelindia@airtelnews know how to resolve customers’s issues instead of passing the buck and constantly saying ‘it’s not in our control’. I want to know who is!!! Shittiest Customer experience and dark patterns in processes. @LiveLawIndia
