@KentROSystems why there is no action being taken, it's been more than 2 months, the original service ticket got closed and we are yet to recieve the product back. What kind of service is this. I need my product back immediately with extra months added to my warranty.
@KentROSystems I have given the water kettle for service, it's been more than a month after i given it to service, the status shows it is repaired, but we never got the kettle back, we tried calling the service person, he is not picking the phone. @jagograhakjago

@SamsungIndia No response whatsoever. Service tickets are being closed by Samsung's service center without even visiting or fixing the issue. This is completely unacceptable and highly irresponsible. you pledged to complete it today, in 2 hrs, it is already 3hrs.

@SamsungIndia The board that got replaced comes with a warranty of 3 months, that ends on june 6th, we are not paying for another board just on technicality cause the board that was fit 2 months ago was faulty and we did let you guys know multiple times
