@SamsungIndia Check about warranty terms before buying any samsung products. In case if u have small scratches on day to day usage then warranty can't be claimed.
I got a wrost exp with this samsung mobile. Such a poor quality phone. Think twice before buying samsung product. @SamsungIndia

@SamsungIndia Don't buy samsung phones.. in case of any hardware issues, they will reject warranty claim. Reason for rejection will be the scratches on the corners of your phone . Such a worst service.
I wasted my 90k, please don't waste yours.

Why no action is being taken when there is an internal issue (in screen) with the phone. And how it doesn't come under warranty is beyond anyone's understanding. We expect better from you.

I bought a Samsung AC from Flipkart lst year. nd the installation service guy said I'd get a free service after a year nd dont need to follow up. Later, after a yr, I spoke with customer service, and they said it out of warenty and was my fault tat I did nt book for free service

My phone started showing green line in the middle of the display. Service center rejected my warranty due to an external damage/scratch which happens on daily usage.

If samsung cant make a promising flip model, then why releasing poor quality mobile to end users? If they cant resolve this issue, then no use of buying samsung products anymore.

Hi @SamsungIndia very poor service & support in the case of my friend. Brand new Smart TV conked within a month of purchase. Then service guys took it, broke & brought it back broken. Then took it again. No word now on what is going on. Really very poor service. #Samsung
