@HDFCBank_Cares Am I supposed to wait for an EMI offer after making a transaction? If EMI conversion depends on receiving an offer, that's not a customer-friendly experience. Most credit cards allow eligible transactions to be converted to EMI directly. If this is HDFC's policy?
