@Prasadnmb93 @NammaBESCOM since last 2 years I am paying as per commercial meter reading. Even after making multiple rounds to officials in our locality I was told to go different subdivisions for meter tariff change. 1/2

@Prasadnmb93 Thank you for help. I did not get any info about this from the helpline. Got info it can be done online. I got the subdivision office address from helpline after contact got to know our area is under different subdivision for which I did not have any address. Will check

@NammaBESCOM @Prasadnmb93 This is not regarding the current high bill issue. The high bill is coming from past 2 years because of commercial tariff instead of domestic tariff. It is not yet resolved in our meter. Domestic and commercial have different tariff rates

@NammaBESCOM @Prasadnmb93 even after multiple complaints via email and through 1912 there is no reply. Can you suggest any ways to change the meter tariff to domestic? We have been paying more than 1000 extra each month since last 2 years. 2/2
