Extra fun doing this one together with @mbtrigg — a friend and teammate of nearly 25 years (!). Thanks Mike for always keeping the bar high and the ideas fresh.
Humility, adaptation, and evolution define WCM's rise into a leading growth investor. A conversation with Mike Trigg, Co-CEO and Portfolio Manager, and Sanjay Ayer, Portfolio Manager, on refining the firm’s process, integrating AI, and doubling down on core values to think different, get better, and serve others.

With thanks to @MorningstarInc and SRS Acquiom.
Lots of thought pieces and books written lately about platforms and disruption.
The two I've found that best strike the balance of novel and practical are @RonAdner's books (including this new one) and Feng Zhu's (HBS) work on network effects.

@antoniomourao24@BillBrewsterSCG Thanks! I view it as a journey vs linked to any one event. Premortems can be helpful here.
(First tweet!) Getting a lot of kind feedback on this episode. Credit should go to @BillBrewsterSCG. His conversational style and active listening get the most out of his guests. Had a blast doing this and can't wait to watch the pod continue to grow!
Yeah, so, you should listen to this one. By listen, I mean really listen. A lot of FinTwit would benefit from adopting Sanjay’s attitude.
Thank you’s owed to @RishiGosalia and @shomikghosh21.
Highly recommend Mike Trigg and Paul Black’s Capital Allocators episodes w/ @tseides
