Why did nobody call me to explain the reasons of delay in delivery of articles? Why would it take so many days to deliver some basic items? Are you willing to compete with other providers just by giving bluff? I am a staunch patron of Reliance but I am annoyed now. Very bad.

@JioMart_Support you said you were sorry for the delay in delivery. You didn't justify why you had claimed that the delivery had been made on 21st July 2020. Your team in their subsequent mails too claimed that delivery had not been made but you didn't change the status. WHY???
