भाजपा ने लाठी केवल युवाओं पर नहीं, देश के हमारे मेहनतकश मज़दूरों पर भी चलाई है।

मोदी सरकार में मनरेगा ख़त्म कर के करोड़ों परिवारों से “काम का अधिकार” छीना और बदले में VB GRAM G थोपी जिसने 50% मज़दूरों का रोज़गार ख़त्म कर दिया।

क्या राज्यों को ₹17,144 करोड़ के मनरेगा का बकाया funds का भुगतान हुआ?

क्या सूखाग्रस्त राज्यों को कोई मदद दी गई? ख़रीफ़ फ़सल की बुआई में 26.50% की कमी है, क्या कोई चिंता है?

क्या VB GRAM G के Funding Pattern, जिस पर भाजपा शासित राज्यों ने पुनर्विचार की माँग की थी, उसपर केंद्र ने कोई क़दम उठाया?

जब देश के ग़रीब मज़दूरों को सबसे ज़्यादा नुक़सान झेलना पड़ रहा है तब मोदी सरकार उनसे उनकी Minimum Economic & Social Security छीनकर उनका उपहास उड़ा रही है।

लगातार 15 दिनों से संसद का कामकाज सामान्य रूप से नहीं चल पाया है और इसकी केवल एक ही वजह है।

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री ने संसद के दोनों सदनों में आकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे युवाओं और छात्रों पर हुई पुलिस की बर्बरता, खासकर 20 जुलाई की घटना, पर बयान देने से इनकार कर दिया है। वे संसद में अपने चैंबर में आते हैं और घंटों बैठे रहते हैं, लेकिन उनमें लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में सांसदों का सामना करने और दिल्ली पुलिस की कार्रवाई पर सवालों के जवाब देने का साहस नहीं है-जबकि दिल्ली पुलिस सीधे उनके प्रभार और नियंत्रण में है। उनका लगातार सदन से अनुपस्थित रहना अभूतपूर्व है।

संसद के इस सत्र के अभी चार दिन और बाकी हैं। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री को सबसे पहले पुलिस की ज्यादतियों पर जवाब देना चाहिए। प्रधानमंत्री को राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के चंदा चोरी, आस्था धोखा पर जवाब देना चाहिए। उस ट्रस्ट के गठन की घोषणा उन्होंने स्वयं 5 फरवरी 2020 को लोकसभा में बड़े जोर-शोर से की थी। उनके द्वारा चुने गए उसी ट्रस्ट ने सभी भारतीयों के भरोसे और आस्था के साथ विश्वासघात किया है। प्रधानमंत्री इस पर चुप नहीं रह सकते। यह जोड़ी बड़ी-बड़ी बातें करने और खोखली डींगें हांकने में माहिर है, लेकिन उनकी कायरता का अब पूरी तरह पर्दाफ़ाश हुआ है।

Seven years ago this day, a Constitutional outrage was perpetrated splitting the State of Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories

The story did not end there

The question whether a State can be divided and reduced to UTs was raised before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, but the Court declined to decide that question on the ground that the Government had assured the Court that Statehood will be soon restored

How soon is 'soon'?

That sword -- power of the Government to break up a State into UTs -- still hangs over the States of India. And the important Constitutional question has not been decided by the SC

हम चाहते हैं चेयरमैन और स्पीकर दोनों सदनों में चर्चा की अनुमति दें।

राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी और छात्रों पर बर्बरता के मामले में चर्चा होगी तो सच अपने आप ही सामने आ जाएगा, लेकिन न जाने क्यों सरकार घबराई हुई है।

ऊपर से गृह मंत्री अमित शाह भी सदन में नहीं आ रहे हैं। या तो वे डर गए हैं या फिर यहां न आकर सदन का अपमान कर रहे हैं।

I just spoke with Ruchika's mother. She is deeply upset and understandably angry. Despite Ruchika releasing an apology video and Prime Minister @narendramodi publicly stating that she (& others) should be forgiven, the FIR against her child has still not been withdrawn. She is also distressed that sections of the media continue to circulate her daughter's videos and relentlessly hound the family with questions.

On behalf of Cockroach Janta Party, I assured her that no legal action will be taken against her child. I also assured her that we will extend every possible legal assistance and ensure Ruchika receives any counselling and support she may need during this difficult time.

She was relieved to hear this and said she would reach out to me whenever any assistance is required.
