@timjohnson46203@1709Cricket@MLCSeattleOrcas@MLCricket Think of this as a 10-year project. We're around 2 years into it, from the last wrold cup in the US. That got us a nice bump of awareness but that's just the start. We need the team to keep winning and we need 'free braodcast and streaming' of cricket matches to go hand in hand.

AI threatens to eliminate 40% of global jobs, but this disruption could spark a new creative renaissance by enabling AI-human collaboration that amplifies personal creativity.
Every business can be systematic about building a fanbase because there are real benefits from increased sales and lower costs. @jeffsand and @lennpr taught me this during the early days of DPE at Microsoft. And my recent experience with @MLCSeattleOrcas reinforced the learning
In this episode of Beyond the Blue Badge, hosts Becky Monk & @majornelson share story excerpts from leaders—including Scott Oki, Bob O'Rear, Jean-Philippe Courtois, Orlando Ayala, and @SanjayPat—who helped drive Microsoft's global expansion. https://t.co/ZZBF6XWdn6
Deeply grateful to @ZuperInc for their vision and support for developing cricket in the USA.

@CricketHuddle@PeterDellaPenna@CricFanUSA@SeaThunderbolts@MiLCricket@usacricket Oh they had stories to tell before the world cup. The different paths and reasons they came to the US. The struggles that most of them had to endure to make it to the USA team. How @MLCricket gave them new chances.Beating Canada and Pakistan was just another step in their journey
@CricFanUSA@SeaThunderbolts@MiLCricket@MLCSeattleOrcas This team has some wonderful back stories and I think it would be a great way of telling (the most recent chapter of) the story of cricket in the USA. Think there's a TV series script in here?
@CricFanUSA@SeaThunderbolts@MiLCricket 3/3 The broader point that you and @PeterDellaPenna and others make is that it would be great to have people who understand the US cricket ecosystem well, on the commentary team for USA games. ICC missed a trick here.
@CricFanUSA@SeaThunderbolts@MiLCricket There were so many stories within stories in today's game, which werent teased out by the commentary team. You bring up once case, of Andries and Harmeet knowing each other so well from @SeaThunderbolts which helped them rotate the strike, take quick singles, trust each other etc
