Whn I contacted Amazon's customer supprt, the executive acknwldgd the mistake but refused to take any further action, simply stating that "we can't do much."
Selling products above the MRP is illegal, n it's unaccptble that @amazon seems to be engaging in such practices.

Order something got something else and damaged too. @myntra wht kind of service is this. I raised so many complaints against it but not getting resolution n they r denying that they sent a product like this. Bought 2 products and both r defective @mukeshbansal06 @officialnandita

@AmazonHelp There aren't denying the service they are just saying this product is not under warranty so on i got the mail too confirming the product is not under warranty. Not possible to have denial letter from them. Just go through snapshots.
