This is exactly what happens when poorly designed government apps are launched. Additionally, This app crashes every time, and the servers get overloaded as soon as demand increases during tatkal time as well.

Kanpur-Lucknow is among the worst managed railway divisions. Train 11123 reached Kanpur on time but is now delayed by 1.5 hrs. Kindly improve traffic management on this busy route and run🚆on time.

Very disappointing service. Ordered food on train at 3 PM for my 10:15 PM departure, but delivery partner reached just 30 mins before and didn’t deliver. Left without food late at night. Highly unprofessional. Please address this urgently.
