extremely frustrating from @whirlpool_india. Weeks of follow-ups, part finally arrived, and now de say another new part is needed which will dely the work again. Calls go unanswered. Hard to believe big companies rely on such service partners.
@whirlpool_india Reposting again for the same ticket. 2 months, no resolution. 2 weeks with escalation team, still delays. Promised fix “tomorrow”, next day they ask me what the issue is. Seriously, this is how customers are handled?

literally scamming the people as many people i interacted with are telling that they will just scam you and You just have to plan your holiday according to them they will get charge not mentioned in contracts n non availability.
