#CallforJustice–Women, Retirees & Families Cheated by Perimeter Saloon Franchisee @PMOIndia@narendramodi@Tejasvi_Surya@BlrCityPolice@DKShivakumar@siddaramaiah@CPBlr@DgpKarnataka@CMofKarnataka@DrParameshwara@CPblr Urgent Appeal for Justice: Victims of Saloon Perimeter Franchise Investment Scheme scam over 50Cr.. To the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Chief Minister of Karnataka, and Respected Police Commissioners I am Vasantha, a victim of the Salon Perimeter franchise scheme Headquartered in No. 8, Ground Floor, Mantri Tranquil Rd, off Kanakapura Main Road, opp. MANTRI TRANQUIL, Gubbalala, Apartment, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560061, writing this letter on behalf of over 100 affected individuals, including working women, homemakers striving for independence, and senior citizens who have invested their life savings with deep pain and urgency. We were all drawn to Perimeter, a personal grooming and salon chain that operated on a franchise-based investment model. The company offered what appeared to be a legitimate opportunity: invest a certain amount and receive regular monthly returns (ROI) based on the capital deployed, without any need to manage operations. This model gave many women a sense of financial autonomy, while senior citizens saw it as a source of post-retirement support. As months passed, payments stopped, responses grew vague, and eventually, many of us were left with bounced cheques, no communication, and no clarity on the future of our investments. What started as a dream of empowerment and financial freedom has turned into a shared nightmare. Despite approaching local police stations and various legal channels, we remain stuck in a frustrating cycle. Each department insists on a long list of procedures, paperwork, and legal processes. By the time we complete them, the individuals responsible often seem to have moved on, distanced themselves, or become unreachable. Though we are not legal experts, the pattern we observe, delayed or stopped payments, multiple investor complaints, use of funds without transparency, onboarding of new investors while old ones remain unpaid, raises serious concerns. The way funds have moved and the lack of clarity around ownership or accountability leads us to fear that this may be more than just business failure. It shows characteristics of a potential financial fraud or unauthorized investment scheme, possibly involving money laundering or misuse of investor funds. We say this not as an accusation but as a plea for investigation by competent financial crime authorities. We are not criminals. We are victims, ordinary citizens who trusted a business that appeared legitimate. Yet, we are the ones chasing lawyers, filing complaints, paying additional fees, and running from one desk to another, only to hear hollow reassurances. Cheques issued to us have bounced. While we are told this is a punishable offense under law, the path to legal recourse involves hundreds of steps, from legal notices to court filing to follow-ups. Many of us, especially homemakers, elderly investors, and first-time entrepreneurs, neither have the stamina nor the legal knowledge to handle this alone. And by the time we make progress, the wrongdoers have often vanished or insulated themselves using legal loopholes. We elected you with the hope that your leadership would protect ordinary people, especially women, senior citizens, and entrepreneurs from systemic failure. But today, we stand abandoned. We are desperately seeking a genuine leader who will not just offer sympathy but stand with us in action. We humbly request for a fast-track grievance redressal and recovery mechanism for victims. This is not just about recovering our money, this is about restoring faith in justice. Please don’t let our voices go unheard. We sincerely hope to receive genuine support-not more procedures that demand further investment of our already depleted resources. If the system continues to fail us, it will not just be our investment that are lost, but our ensure trust in this institution meant to protect us Sincerely, Vasantha (On behalf of the Victims of the Perimeter Franchise Scheme) (9611121234/9035756739/9845918459)
