@British_Airways after finally getting out of Antalya airport after our cancelled flight back to Gatwick...arrive at our hotel...3am...not enough rooms to accommodate our family and not even a working toilet..thank #british_airways

@British_Airways Stuck in Antalya airport waiting for information about our flight home, 21.15pm fligh and we finally hear from British Airways at 23.00 to tell us our flight is cancelled and moved to the next day at 22.30 (let's see if that happens).Via text after 2 hours!

Disappointed not to see or hear from anyone from British Airways while over 150 people...all families sitting at the airport gate with no access to food except a vending machine with water which had to be paid for!
