3(3) How can your staff assume the damages were done by me. Also, what is the process that you follow ? Extremely disappointing that a brand like Hyatt is resorting to such tactics on innocent customers. Please look into this.
@Hyatt@HyattConcierge@hyattcares Hi. If anyone is listening. I had a very shocking experience at Hyatt herald square in NY 5th avenue. I was in business in NY and stayed for 5 days. Post checkout at 12 noon today, at around 4 pm, my credit card was charged 500USD 1(3)
2(3) I came back to collect my luggage at 6 pm and enquired as to the extra charge. I was told that this was on acct of damages detected under the sink post my checkout. Despite asking to speak to a manager the person at the reception refused. This raises several questions.
Horribly long queues at emirates counter at JFK airport and extremely rude and poorly trained airport staff. I don’t see any emirates staff helping either. @emirates@JFKairport
