@airindia I had one of the most pleasant experience in flight from Delhi to Bangalore on 27th May AI 2485. Air hostess Praveena was a shining example of customer delight (vs customer care). When flight was boarding , she was asking people to keep small bags below the seat as cabins were getting full. I did the same but it was uncomfortable. After boarding got completed , she asked me if I would like to keep my bag in the cabin. She figured out the space , and put the bag in the cabin. No fuss , no tantrums and with smiles. I wish if we have more human being like her in our flights , it would be some more pleasure to travel. Well done Praveena and well done to Air India. I am your ambassador now.

We went to see the Beating Retreat ceremony at Atari Wagah border today and our car was stopped and diverted to an illegal parking area saying that only VIP pass car can to govt parking. Can you pls look into this and stop this illegal activity.
