Train No. 37830 (Bwn–Hwh) Main line, West Bengal. Scheduled arrival time at Howrah is 11:10 AM, but regularly the train reaches between 11:30 AM to 11:58 AM.
Due to this daily delay, passengers are facing huge problems in reaching workplaces and offices on time.

📢 Demand for ITR Due Date Extension – AY 2025-26 @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc @IncomeTaxIndia

The current Income Tax Return (ITR) deadlines are creating immense pressure on taxpayers and professionals. Considering the circumstances, we strongly demand an extension of the due dates.

🔹 Key Reasons for Extension:

1️⃣ Late Release of ITR Utility – The ITR utility was released only on 14th August 2025, leaving insufficient time for filing.
2️⃣ Technical Glitches in Utility – Practitioners are facing difficulties due to frequent errors and lack of adequate preparation time.
3️⃣ Floods & Heavy Rainfall – Several states in India are severely affected, making compliance impossible for many taxpayers.
4️⃣ Navratri Festival in Last Week of September – Overlaps with crucial filing days, causing disruption in timely compliance.

🔹 Extension Demanded:
ITR Non-Audit → 30th September 2025
TAR (Tax Audit Report) → 31st October 2025
ITR Audit Case / TP Report → 30th November 2025
ITR with TP Case → 31st December 2025

⚖️ These extensions will ensure relief for taxpayers and allow professionals to maintain accuracy and compliance.
