Hello @ZeptoNow, urgent issue.Order #PPIGNKLYC36881 placed at 8 AM. Delivery boy was denied entry (no ID) & asked to return. Later, app showed him at my location but no one came. Order marked delivered via OTP, but I did NOT share & didn’t receive order. Investigate immediately.
