Citizens have to beg this arrogant clerk sitting on chair at health dept in @mybmcWardE to get their small small work done.

He has not been doing his duty, i have received multiple complaints against this clerk by citizens, also not displaying his ID, his arrogant #bossy behaviour is NOT acceptable, for small small work he has been misguiding citizens for his #MONETARY gain.
Kindly take disciplinary action against your staff.
