π Day 2 of re-learning Go!
Yesterday: Bill Splitter CLI
Today: Password Strength Checker
No regex allowed - built it with pure loops πͺ
Strong = 8+ chars + upper + lower + number + special char
#golang#buildinpublic#100DaysOfCode
Built: checkPassword(pwd) β (bool, []string)
Returns true if strong, else exact reasons why it's weak.
Learned: Go has only for loop, strings package, functions, multiple return values - Go is weird but cool π
Input: 1000 4 10 β Each pays: 275.00
Learned: go mod init, fmt.Scan, if/else
Plan is to stay consistent for 3-4 months, then start building personal projects & contributing to open source.
