After he filed FIR on her of theft, the lady filed a gangrape case implicating all male members of his family and also a #498A case on 8 of his family members

He says police is not hearing their side at all and demanding proper enquiry into the matter and justice for his family

All of them were named in Gangrape case filed by girl who also accused #KuldeepSinghSengar of Rape

This gangrape case was lodged on 21 June 2017. After FIR in this case, giving statements to media, giving statement in court & two months after that in August 2017, the girl then remembered she was also raped by Sengar on 4 June 2017 & wrote a complaint to the CM in August. Reason for the same was that Sengar had tried to save Shashi & Nidhi from implication in this gangrape case

Shashi Singh was named in both the cases. It fails any logic that if shashi had already taken her to Sengar for job on 4 June, but he ended up raping her then how did she once again trust Shashi on 11 June for a proposal to get a job in Kanpur ?

After immense media pressure in the case in 2018, Shashi Singh was arrested for no fault of hers

This is a letter she wrote to the media asking them if she is not a woman or her daughter who was falsely dragged into the case a girl?

Shashi Singh was acquitted by Trial Court in Delhi. It observed that CBI couldn't find any evidence whatsoever of any communication of her with either Sengar or the girl. No witness by prosecution of any soul who knew of any connection between Shashi & the girl

How did she then plan to get the girl to Sengar? No one in the village ever saw Shashi and the girl together. How did she develop such trust on Shashi then?

Shashi Singh is a housewife. Their entire family's whole life has been ruined.

But no one in the media will even try to find Shashi or her daughter Nidhi who are both women.

No one will shed a tear for them or care that I am raising a voice for this family too but only continue to abuse anyone putting the truth out in this case
