Multiple service requests have been raised and none of them have been resolved. My senior citizen parents, in whose name the subscription has been taken are absolutely done with the ordeal your team has put them through.

Swiggy Instamart delivered expired paneer (by a month) and refused to replace the item since it seems I notified them after 96 hours of purchase. #victimblaming for trusting them to be above such quality issues. Way to go!
