I booked my vehicle as luggage with my PNR 8831594102. And PRR no is 4002897573. As I was not able to track my vehicle luggage online so I called 193. They said that current status just showing booking. They have not uploaded my vehicle in train. @drmkota @RailwaySeva

@drmkota @RailwaySeva As we all know that two wheeler booking as luggage cost more than parcel. I just wanted you to help me with how to get difference amount which I paid for luggage. Also I have to wait one day extra. How railway is going to compensate this. And why they didn't informed me earlier?

@RailwaySeva I just got a call from a female official by 07442467021, she said some unnecessary reason mentioning lease LR etc. I just wanted to say that When I paid for excess amount to book vehicle as luggage. And I also gave them my pnr number. Then is responsible for this delay. @drmkota

@XpressBees_IN my parcel is getting delayed. The delivery person is putting the wrong Remarks as an incorrect address or pincode. AWB 121550870856 please make sure that this product gets delivered today anyhow. This delivery person entered incorrect remarks last time as well.

@SrDOM_PRYJ @drmncrald @RailwaySeva @drm_drmizn @AshwiniVaishnaw there should be some rules to compensate people's time. I think you also respect your time as we do. If there are 800 people on the train then 800*3 =2400 hrs means 100 days time is gone. I hope you will understand.

@drmncrald @RailwaySeva @SrDOM_PRYJ @AshwiniVaishnaw so after the issue escalated and instructions were sent from DRM. This is the status, still the train is in outer. I checked in the last 10 days these trains are getting late. I can understand 15 -30 mins delay but 3 hrs isn't too much?

@drmncrald @RailwaySeva @SrDOM_PRYJ I can see your instructions effect 😂. The train stop was 2 mins at Deoria Sadar and it's been more than 12 mins. I thought this issue escalated and instructions sent from DRM. But unfortunately there is no effect. The train is late by 2 hrs and 45 mins.
