This is a very disappointing and ridiculous experience with @reliancejio as I am not able to get my refund after cancellation request of JioFiber made on 26/05/26. In today’s era, it is absolutely unacceptable to hear that refund would be processed in 15 days.

@JioCare Consumer is asked to pay everything at once even before the installation starts but in return the same consumer has to keep asking for refund multiple times. It’s a hard earned money for middle class person so please respect that and initiate my refund asap please.

We live in digital era, I don’t think a refund should take days or weeks. I raised a cancellation request, you verify it with all KYC docs I provided and initiate refund at the same time. I can’t digest the time duration it is taking.

I am being harassed by @JioCare as I am not being allowed to talk to any senior manager or supervisor. This is utterly disgusting behavior from @reliancejio and frustrating to get my own money back from them. Daylight loot from middle class people. I wonder there are many like me
